Terms & Conditions
First of all you cannot request us to change the date such as renewal date, termination date. This terms & conditions is between you (buyer) & Bahari Host. Read our terms properly before buying.
Terms 1. Regarding Hosting Services
Section 1. You are using our hosting services that means you already accepted our contract regarding this documentation. First thing while ordering any of our hosting services you need to look into our description first. Second part is we take daily backups of 7days – 15days but if any chance you asked for a previous backup like one month before backups then we can’t able to provide that to you. In this case what you can do you can simply take a backup manually and store that into your local computer.
Section 2. We usually notify everyone via E-Mail before renewal dates in this case if you don’t renew on time then your hosting account will get suspended. If you want to reactive your suspended hosting account after 7days of suspension then it will cost you 2$ extra as reactivation fee. But if you don’t renew your hosting account after 30days your account will get terminated / deleted automatically by our system as a result you will not get any data of your hosting account.
Section 3. If you are a hosting reseller of Bahari Host then you must need to follow Page 2 > Section 2 cause we will follow the same terms in the case of billing.
Terms 2. Regarding Domain Services
Section 1. Usually we sell domains on yearly bases. If you purchased a domain for one year then you must need to renew your domain on time support you bought a domain at 4th July 2023 for one year you need to renew that before 4th July 2024. If you unable to renew on time then your domain will be turned off. But the good fact is you can renew it within next one month after suspension. But if you miss that one extra month then you can’t blame us for the domain cause there will be nothing in our hand that time. So make sure that you renew your valuable domains before expiration date.
Terms 3. Regarding VPS (Virtual Private Server)
Section 1. To ensure optimal performance and reliability of our VPS hosting service, it is important to maintain an appropriate number of websites on each VPS. While every VPS is unique and can accommodate varying amounts of traffic and resource demands, we recommend that clients do not exceed a certain number of websites, as determined by our team.
For example, one VPS may be suitable for hosting 50+ websites with ease, while another may only handle a small handful. Attempting to store more websites than recommended on a VPS can result in reduced performance, security risks, and potential downtime.
If you overload the VPS and if the vps faced downtime then we will be not responsible for any dataloss of the server.
Section 2. We should know Bahari Host provides VPS based on 30days of contract. But we suspend VPS before 2days of your renewal date. We usually notify everyone via E-Mail before renewal dates in this case if you don’t renew within 28days then your VPS will get suspended. If you want to reactive your suspended VPS then it will cost you 10$ extra as reactivation fee. But if you don’t renew your VPS within next 2days of suspension then it will get terminated / deleted automatically by our system as a result you will lose all data of your websites. So make sure renew it timely.
Terms 3. Regarding Dedicated Servers
Section 1. To ensure optimal performance and reliability of our Dedicated Servers hosting service, it is important to maintain an appropriate number of websites on each Dedicated Servers. While every Dedicated Servers is unique and can accommodate varying amounts of traffic and resource demands, we recommend that clients do not exceed a certain number of websites, as determined by our team.
For example, one Dedicated Servers may be suitable for hosting 500+ websites with ease, while another may only handle a small handful. Attempting to store more websites than recommended on a Dedicated Servers can result in reduced performance, security risks, and potential downtime.
If you overload the Dedicated Servers and if the Dedicated Servers faced downtime then we will be not responsible for any dataloss of the server.
Section 2. We should know Bahari Host provides Dedicated Servers based on 30days of contract. But we suspend Dedicated Servers after 1days of your renewal date. We usually notify everyone via E-Mail before renewal dates in this case if you don’t renew within 31days then your Dedicated Servers will get suspended. If you want to reactive your suspended Dedicated Servers then it will cost you 10$ extra as reactivation fee. But if you don’t renew your Dedicated Servers within next 7days of suspension then it will get terminated / deleted automatically by our system as a result you will lose all data of your websites. So make sure renew it timely.
Terms 4. Regarding Google Workspace (Gsuite)
Section 1. Make sure you don’t do abuse using this mailing system if we get notce that you are doing abuse then your product will get suspended / terminated without ay notice. Just be sure this product is not designed for marketing purpose. So do not send bulk emails to others. This product is designed for communication & collaboration purpose. But yes you can integrate this in your website as smtp for sending invoices, giving notice etc to your clients.
Section 2. This product is google’s authorised product. Just be sure we don’t have your passwords or any of these. So if you forget your password and ask us to reset it it will be not possible for us. If you are buying our google workspace that means you are accepting our terms & conditions regarding this product. After buying the product make sure you renew this product regularly in time. Suppose you buy the product at 1st July you need to renew this before 1st August. If you don’t renew it in time then your google workspace account will get suspended then you will have 7days more if you don’t renew within that 7days then your google workspace account will get terminated from our system. So make sure you renew timely.
Terms 5. Regarding OX Mail Suite
Section 1. Make sure you don’t do abuse using this mailing system if we detect that you are doing abuse then your product will get suspended / terminated without ay notice. Just be sure this product is not designed for marketing purpose. So do not send bulk emails to others. This product is designed for communication & collaboration purpose.
